As a trained and certified fitness professional with 20 years experience working exclusively with mature or special populations, I make fitness fun, safe, and functional for both beginners and advanced clients.


I provide professional, certified fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. Check out my offerings and choose one suitable to your ambitions and lifestyle.

Strength, Flexibility and Balance

In home training for strength, flexibility, and balance. Specializing in seniors and people with special needs (e.g. joint replacements, osteoporosis, COPD, wheel chair bound, etc)

** Currently offering virtual one on one sessions in any of the following areas- yoga, strength, and balance.


Relax & Release


A healing modality that uses acupressure, joint mobilization, stretching, and muscle compression. No oils used. Both practioner and recipient are dressed. Sessions on site or in-home.

I have always thought that "senior" classes were not for me -- I'm no wimp! But the classes that Donna Sue teaches are perfect for me! She provides harder and easier options within the same class.

I have been teaching senior fitness classes 20 years. I have numerous certifications specific to the 50+ population, allowing me to create a wide range of exercises and activities for every body ability. What sets me apart from others in the fitness field is my extensive knowledge in how to effectively train bodies of all abilities despite any limitations. I excel at creating programs that utilize strength, mobility, balance and neuroplasticity, to create effective mind-body connections.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, coloring and traveling with my husband.
